Created in 1958 as an accounting firm (Cabinet BOISSIN & CESAR), the firm was incorporated in 1983 as SARL FIDUCIAIRE FRANCE AFRIQUE (F.F.A.) Until February 1991. From March 1991, the shares of this SARL were sold to Messrs. Nouhou TARI and Gilles MATON, both chartered accountants.
The firm currently has an operational partner, chartered accountant, Mr. Nouhou TARI.
The name change to F.C.A. – Fiduciaire Conseil & Audit intervened in May 1991. The Firm maintained technical collaboration with the main partner of F.F.A. What was ERSNT & YOUNG. Missions requiring the intervention of a specialist in a sector or an international firm (Big four) are carried out with ERNST & YOUNG or any other organization based in a developed country.
The Firm is a member of the EXCO AFRIQUE Group which brings together firms from Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Chad, from Togo and Tunisia. EXCO AFRIQUE is a member of the EXCO France network which includes French firms in Metropolitan France and the Antilles. EXCO France is a member of the KRESTON INTERNATIONAL network.
The collaborators (employees) are of higher education and receive their training in new techniques and continuing education within the EXCO France network. Quality control is carried out by members of the EXCO France network on all work carried out by F.C.A.
The firm’s clientele in the private sector is formed by the subsidiaries of foreign companies established in Niger and development projects. Professional references are presented in the appendix.
